| Late. Shri Rajender Verma established HITCO Electricals,
Heater Manufacturing Company in Delhi to manufacturer Band Heaters for Plastic
Processing Industry in 1976. |
| The Company started with Mica Band Heaters for Plastic
processing industry in small scale. Hitco built its first factory of area
about 1100 Sq.ft in 1980 in a small town of Delhi. |
| Gradually as per the requirements of Plastic Processors
HITCO started production of Ceramic Band Heaters in 1980. |
| Thereafter, Hitco started production of Tubular Heaters for
Industrial & Commercial applications. |
| Mr. Vikas Verma, our Executive Director joined Hitco in
1994. |
| In 1995 Hitco began exploring the market overseas to sell
its products.

| In 1997 Hitco was incorporated as a Private Limited Company
and was named HITCO ELECTRICALS PVT. LTD. It was certified by ISO 9001-2000
also in the same year. Hitco began participating in exhibitions like PLASTINDIA
in the year1997. |
| In 1998 HITCO developed its first HIGH DENSITY CARTRIDGE
HEATER. |
| In 1999 Hitco developed the first "Insulation Plus" Power
saving Heater. |
| In 2000 Hitco expanded into a larger manufacturing unit with
its corporate office in the same premises of area more than 6000 Sq.ft

| In 2001 Hitco started its distributor / liaison agent's
network in India.

| HITCO now offers complete in house cast-in heaters designing
and manufacturing. |
| In 2002 HITCO began working for some reputed ORIGINAL
EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS of India. |
| In 2003 Hitco produced its first Heater Cooler Assembly. |
| In 2004 Hitco developed its own design centre and started
work with CAD/CAM HITCO participating for the first time in international
exhibitions like K-2004, in Germany and started international distributor's
network. |
| In 2006 Hitco celebrated its 30th anniversary. During this
year, it started manufacturing at a new unit in Noida, U.P. |
| In 2008 Hitco opened a new faculty in Noida, U.P., India to
process systems design and fabrication. |
